  Regions BANK IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST BANK IN THE WORLD! The manager CHRIS @ THE Clearwater branch is absolutely incredibly the BEST Banker that ANYONE COULD PRAY to be BLESSED with her on your side, along with THE WHOLE entire REGIONS BANK!!!!   Great Bank.. They work well with me and my needs. Very personable, helpful and actually try to please the customer. I am very satisfied and happy with their services and how they provide their services. They actually try to find ways to help me. The employees are very different from the other bank I work with across the street sometimes, Regions Bank employees are PLEASANT and PROFESSIONAL.. I am a very HAPPY CUSTOMER!! Thank you!

  I opened a account with them in February by march i moved out and because they didn't get a change of address right away they closed my account but they never contacted me in anyway to tell me they needed this change of address now in june i opened a now account card because i didn't get my normal check card in the mail but because they diddnt get the change of address they closed the account but they never called me or sent me a email they just sent me my. Money back and closed my account now they refuse to open a account for me for there mistake now i have no social security checks to pay rent this month because they never got back to social security yet they just are missing

  I started the account honestly for the bonus and it was really one of the best financial decisions I've made. They're all very helpful and courteous. Good job!

  Customer service sucks one of the worst . Doesn't care for customers I walked up with 10 checks to deposit for company and employee turns around to other employee and says cant he just do mobile banking? Rude!

  All other regions locations are great this one is nightmare ! The management here is clearly inept , especially if you have a business account please don’t go to this bank you will regret it ! They messed up at every turn .

  One one the worst location ever. Went in at 3pm on a Friday and they only had 3 people working. Had to wait for ever to open a business account. If possible I will not go back into that branch again.
