  Diane went above and beyond our expectations. As first time home buyers, she was helpful throughout the ENTIRE home buying process. She was easy to reach at all times of the day for questions and she was patient in explaining each step. I highly recommend Fairway!

  I don't reccomend. My experience was fraught with communication problems, unexplained delays, having to reapply when action was not taken on my loan...it was a disaster. In the end, I had to walk away from the home purchase because the closing didn't happen, again. Apparently I still hadn't been approved. My lease is up and I have to renew it or have nowhere to live. In the end, I am left with nothing but excuses. Both the sellers and I were strung along, and nobody deserves that. Go to a real bank.

  Echoing my Review on Facebook! This team is the place to be!! Our experience with Diane was GREAT!! Everyone we worked with in her office was professional and FAST!! They also went above and beyond the expectation to fix a couple hiccups we had with our house buying that wasn't even their issue they needed fix. They got us an awesome rate and really make the process extremely easy for us! Highly, HIGHLY recommend Diane and her team!!

  Diane was extremely helpful through the ENTIRE process of buying our new home. She went above and beyond just providing us with a great mortgage! She was there to answer all our questions and was extremely quick to answer them. There were times I called asking if I could be doing something because they made the process so easy for us it was effortless on our part! Buying a home is stressful, but with Diane Lestor on your side, you can sit back and enjoy the life transition without a worry!

  I had some bad things on my credit from several years ago. Tried 3 different places in 6 months to get approved. Once I found Diane it was a blessing to find someone so attentive & walks you through everything. She got me approved in very short time. Trust me not everyone is equal I know! Do yourself a favor call Fairway ask for Diane. The Best! Trust me.

  Wendy thank you for your review because I was experiencing the same. They scheduled an appraisal and 3 weeks went by where I didn't hear anything. I emailed for an update friday and got no response, so today I called around 9am and was told noone was in the office at the moment and they'll call me back. I contacted my realtor and decided to go with different lender I

  Brad Roberts, made it easy for us to purchase our first home. It was a very simple process. I am very happy with the service and my payments. We were able to get what we wanted. We are very very very happy. They gave us a loan when a traditional lender wouldn’t and at the same rate as a regular lender. I just want to say thank you Fairway.
