  I rate high vibrant for all to read this review. they will also retaliate and trash your credit they did it to us Been Member for 27 years! They have denied me co-owner benefits on Military accts, 01/03/2022. SCRA protections were denied: certain benefits and protections to a service member- We were co-owners on 2 acct for over 20 years they fail to protect them Told me straight out they will cash out his CD if I did not pay up another loan he was not on! Yes, this statement made me very upset. all-expense on the credit card was for Military San Diego MCRD! since that conversation I had with them they have denied me co-owner benefits on his accts just on 01/03/2022. Please note this was taken to the board! They refuse to discuss SCRA protection and refuse to discuss this subject any further. Matter of fact the guy I talk to is fully aware of SCRA he was also in military he refuse to act to protect co-owner benefits!
