  I've been a member of this institution for a long time and it seems that everything of our personal information is being farmed out to third parties. You have to agree to this in order to do anything with your money. Even signing in to see your statements requires a company in Mississippi to call you with a sign in code. They also took away the option to use an automated phone service to manage your money. I liked it much better when they were a small credit union that focused on individuals, and their security.

  Disputed fraudulent charges placed on my Deere Visa card by an unscrupulous car rental company with. 1.5 star rating on TripAdvisor that I was forced to rent from due to the severe rental car shortage in Orlando. Deere sided with the rental company rather than a thirty year credit union member in good standing! Take your business elsewhere!

  All of the staff make me feel valued and appreciated. It feels great when they remember who I am and the specifics of my account and needs. I highly recommend Deere Employees Credit Union because they make me feel more like a person instead of just an account number

  John Deere Employees Credit Union is good at most things but continually fail in the loan and insurance department. How many times does a customer need to email and upload car insurance before they stop threatening to buy coverage they don’t understand?

  Refinance my Auto loan through them, and clearly told the lady NaTosha that I did not want anything extra added on. I recently checked my payment history and lo and behold I have been getting charged over 100 a month for some debt insurance they offer for the past 6 months! Beware, very deceitful sales tactics from this company. The branch manager called me to basically call me a liar, tell me that he has me on recording, and even had the audacity to ask me if I even work for the company! I Will be reporting to BBB!

  This is the best credit union I have known so far. I have been a customer for about 4 years. Great staff and customer service ready to help people. Thank you for everything and know it is a pleasure to bank with you guys.

  Members only CU for John Deere Employees and family. Good service, smallish institution. Good benefits and customer service focus. I've been a member since I was 12, as was my father during his lifetime.

  Spent Millions on main building and no drive-up window. Since we do in person business at banks and credit union, it is impossible to transact business at our credit union.

  Don't bother coming here to open an account they direct you to do it online. If I wanted an online only bank I'd use Chase.
