  Worst bank I have ever used. Not just the bank just the whole chain in general is terrible. We were forced into using them for an auto loan and had nothing but issues. Can't get ahold of a real person, the closest branch is 3 hours from me and never get my monthly statements I signed up for. Tried making and online account and was able to log in once and never had any luck after that. There is no way I will ever recommend this bank.

  I love my IHMVCU branch near South Park. I have connected with one of the bank tellers who really helped me out. I am so glad they are open in person so I can touch bases. They are so friendly and really help me navigate my credit options.

  Opened my first account here almost 20 years ago and have banked with them since. Great customer service and very community-oriented.

  Have been banking with IH since they opened the branch in Prophetstown, now they close it. That means myself or any other members have to drive over 30 miles to get to any of their locations. It is a perfect example of a business that doesn't give a damn about their customers. I don't know how many accounts are here but I know they always had customers in the branch whenever I went in. My wife and I have multiple accounts with them that I am going to have to figure out how to switch to a different credit union or bank.

  Never had any problems with them until I wanted to send wiring money. The guy doesn't have any idea what I'm talking about.

  Nice credit union and location. Jennifer (Asst Branch Manager?) has been helping my mom for years. She is really great and helpful.

  I’ve been with them since I was 12 yrs old witch is when I opened my savings account I’ve also gotten 3 car loans from them with no problems .if I have an issue on my checking or any other issue they fix it immediately they are an awsome bank to be a member of and they don’t charge you to use their ATM machines like other banks

  Sharon Bradley 3 minutes ago This bank holds my payroll check for 3 days Ive been with them for over a year everyone of my coworkers gets paid 2 days before me and I will be switching banks...what's the point of having a bank account I could of got a payroll card it's ridiculous and very agitating to watch a check PEND for 3 days my employer has advised me to switch banks because it's never had a bank hold a check for longer than 1 day he recommended Blackhawk bank and trust and I do not recommend this bank for direct deposit!!!
