  Honest good people working the shop, great selection to choose from and prices too. Did an impressive jewelry repair on the spot, done in like 10 minutes. Will return for more purchases and highly recommend to friends and family. The lady I forget her name also talked to my son about his future jewelry purchases gave him some great advice. Loved the personal touch to the whole experience.

  Cool pawn shop! I was there to purchase a pew pew, but they also have lots of pretty jewelry. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

  Not your average pawn shop. HUGE selection of guitars. Def. the best we found and we went all over in search of a decent acoustic in west volusia co. They even gave us a small discount, which was such a blessing and totally unexpected! Can't say enough good things! Just go check them out! Super courteous and friendly staff!

  Came here to buy some ammo at 20 and they didn't want to sell to me. They told me I had to be 21 and older and I said no you don't it's 18 and older and he didn't believe me and he had to look up the law for about 20 min just to sell me ammo. How you work at a place selling guns and ammo and don't even know there laws?

  **** Bad Customer service *** Went into the store to check out out the firearms they had available. I asked the man behind the firearms section for advice/information as I will be a first time gun buyer. He did not seem in the slightest bit interested in showing to me what he had available. He never got up from his seat and was sarcastic when asking for advice. Not helpful at all. VERY BAD customer service. I recommend customers to take their business elsewhere. Would not recommend.

  I am sorry you had a bad experience with us and I would hope you would have some grace and understanding during the pandemic as to what our store and other essential employees have been through during the past 6 months. Our industry has been hit hard during the Covid crisis and Nationwide protests, riots and civil unrest. Our entire staff, which was short handed until a month ago, is tired, worn down, and in much need of a break as we are human and doing the best we can. We have had to navigate Nationwide Ammo and firearm shortages, a panicked and on end public, and mask mandates while being concerned for our own family's safety. We are still having stock issues but I hope you will give us another try in the future as things return to normal.

  Had good pricing on firearms in this market, but the older sales lady had a take it or leave it I don’t care type of attitude which ultimately put me off from purchasing anything.
