  Aaron McClay was awesome to work with through the application process! He really took the time to explain the refinance process and I felt like he really cared that I understood how it works and what the different options were. He was incredibly friendly, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He was available for any questions at the drop of the hat and I really felt comfortable working with him!

  Todd and his team are great! They not only helped with with my first mortgage but are now helping with a new house mortgage after relocating. He is honest and trustworthy, I have referred family and friends to him who have also had wonderful experiences.

  What more can I say about Todd and his team? They not only helped me with my first mortgage, but my refi afterwards. He got me incredible results. You know the best part?   Todd & his team are hands down the best out there. They pushed for the lowest possible rates for us, every dollar to be spent in closing & still came through in the very end. They answered our questions late at night, weekends, any time. Could not ask for a better experience!!!!

  Everything was cool till a week or so from closing date and they said I needed to satisfy a previous debt that knew about from the moment they gave me a pre approval letter. Day before closing I had to throw in the towel, leaving me, the seller and both agents wanting to punch someone in the face. At least I only invested 2 months and a few hundred dollars to never see again...

  We believe the reviewer has the wrong company identified. Unfortunately there are other mortgage companies with Fairway in their name. On another note, we don't charge upfront fees so it would not be possible for someone to invest a few hundred dollars with us. We have never had an applicant named Jacob with a last name starting with a G. Todd Blanchard, President Fairway Financial Services, Inc.

  Fairway Financial helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home. They did a great job walking us through the process and even sat in on our closing, showing how much they care up until the end.
