  Branch Manager Heather and her entire team have been fantastic to work with and make you feel like family when you walk in the doors.   Audra Shepherd is fantastic! My boyfriend and I stopped in a couple of months ago for a lease buyout loan. The dealership made several mistakes right off the bat, which delayed the entire process and generated even further problems. It was a nightmare. Audra and Amber went above and beyond to straighten out the mess caused by the dealership and quickly got things back on track. Thank you both, for taking such good care of us!

  I have banked with this office since it was opened by US Federal. I am not sure what has happened, but management and their decision to merge with Truestone. I am disappointed at every turn. From transactions going to and from the wrong accounts. To canceling my card in expectedly causing multiple auto payments to bounce. And replacing it with the a card so ugly that people frequently tell me they don't accept hotel room cards as payment. Embarrassing is an understatement.

  This is one of the best branches I have ever been in! The staff is super friendly, helpful and patient. I was referred to Firefly CU and I am so happy I did. I switched my car loan from Wells Fargo to them and I am very glad that i did! Not only did my car note go down but my interest went down a lot! The Sales Manager Heather is absolutely AWESOME!! Her knowledge and expertise really helped me. I was so pleased with her I referred my sister to her as well now we are BOTH saving!

  TruStone was unable to find me in their system even though I have been at the bank for over a year now. When it was Firefly I never had this issue and the lady I spoke to today didn’t even seem to care. I’d been on hold two times today for 45 minutes plus each time (first time I had to hang up for a work call). Normally credit unions are much better than big banks, but thankfully there are other credit unions to go to, now that TruStone is a fail.

  I've worked with Heather for years- beginning at the Fridley location. Every question I have she explains the answer so well, that it's truly understood. She's always so patience and she doesn't rush to get me off the phone or out of her office. Heather has worked with me on all types of loans-she's my go to person. It's wonderful to work with her and all of her staff. Awesome Job-Firefly Brooklyn Park!

  A very bad company I have never see stupid people like them they don’t understand anything the lady goes to manger like 1000 Times and even there manger didn’t it’s not trust worthy

  We live in Ham Lake, but go out of our way to work with staff at this office, especially your sales manager, Heather. I implicitly trust Heather and appreciate conducting business with her. We've worked with Heather and other staff on numerous Firefly business transactions including help with two vehicle loans and other products and services. No question is too trivial - Heather goes out of her way to get the information we need, is extremely prompt, follows up as promised, absolutely knows her business and has an impeccable customer-service orientation. It's honestly why I continue seeking her out and bring more business to Firefly. I like the "local" banking environment from all of the staff at Firefly but with the "bigger banking" experience.
