      I am not quite sure why people seem to have so much trouble with Wells Fargo. When I first began banking in Minnesota, I started at Eastern Heights Bank in St. Paul, which became Norwest Bank, which is now Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo may be big, but one of the things I really like about it is that the people still treat you well and they care. They are kind, considerate, and while the bankers now work by appointment, tellers are always there. If you need a notary? Call your bank ahead of time. There's usually more than one notary at each bank I've ever visited. So, really, I may not have come to be a WF customer the traditional way, but I am most certainly happy with my bank and the way my business is handled. PS. Thanks to the pandemic, you're likely to find the lobby closed at any WF, which was my experience recently. As such, if your bank card loses the chip/stops working (as mine did!), be sure to call the 800 line right away for a replacement, otherwise, you'll be working with cash only for a while.

      Always something broken or cant do something they could do before and trash customer service. Today is the day i am done with wells fargo!

      High employee turnover so don’t expect any sort of long standing relationship with a banker here. They never answer their phone and service is always extremely slow when inside the branch building.

      They do not answer the phone number posted after several attempts. I shouldn't have to go through the drive through to set up an appointment.

      This location has no availability for their consumers. It is just horrible, no one works the drive thru, what is wrong with this company.

      I have been calling for months with a question and nobody answers. Yes. I know I can go in, but I also believe somebody can answer the phone. I'm not quite sure why they even have one.

      I think being part of a national Bank you should have access to go inside your bank location. This place never lets people inside and I find that very inconvenient. I’m assuming the reply from this company will have information on how to make an appointment, I just like being able to walk in somewhere.

      We used to go to the Wells in Maple Grove but after a unfortunate teller incident (they did call to apologize but damage done sort of thing) we started using this location. I have to say this Wells Fargo branch has to be one of the best I've ever used and I've been a Wells customer for over a decade. Staff is friendly, service is fast, things are kept clean, no forced up selling techniques and convenient location. Hopefully they will keep doing what they are doing. :D

      This was by far the best Wells Fargo I’ve experienced. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The way the employees handled themselves was refreshing - i can tell the managers have things under control. I’ll be making this my primary location going forward.
