  Worked with Angie on a boat loan last month and she was amazing! Super kind, very responsive and extremely helpful. I have had nothing but great experiences and customer service banking at AHCU. Highly recommend banking here. They are local and all so friendly.

  Very friendly staff, especially Jasmin whom helped me with my used car loan. Her knowledge was only exceeded by her kindness.She even took the time to call me back to check how I was doing, which was nice and not annoying at all. In fact I like it when solicitors call me, even if they’re a robot. Sometimes it’s just nice to hear a human/robot voice, know what I mean? I’m very lonely, that’s why I bought KITT from Knight Rider.

  I've been with AHCU since '97 and with Bette, then Lorraine, and the last decade or so, Patty as my go to gal(person), this is why I don't use banks. She and this credit union go beyond what any bank would do for you. Patty is the best! And always finds elegant solutions for whatever my needs are.

  Patty and Nancy at AHCU Champlin have helped us with multiple loans and they make doing business with AHCU so easy and stress free and the rates are super competitive. Highly recommend them. And if you are looking for a car loan and need a lower payment, they have a great option you can ask about.

  Anoka Hennepin Credit Union in Champlin Mn is wonderful to work with in business or personal loans Patty L. does a outstanding job very professional of her job and they have very good loan rates. I highly recommend them for anybody who is starting a business or needing a loan or checking account and a very friendly staff.

  Horrible customer service. They wouldn't cash a check that I had received that came back as NSF. Then they wanted to charge me $25 to cut a cashiers check if they were going to act as a collection agency. Are they're checks made of gold? It was they're customer who bounced the check. TCF & Wells Fargo both provide this service at no charge as long as there are funds in the account. I will never do business with them or accept a check from they're customers again. Stay far away from this establishment.

  I've taken out two loans and Patty and Nancy have been so easy to work with. They were willing to work around my busy schedule and had my best interest in mind!

  Went in to refinance our vehicle. Had our numbers set on the loan and needed to get information to finalize the loan the next day. The next day the loan officer was not ready for us at the specified time. Our rate jumped an entire percent because they did not research the vehicle. They put the loan in my name instead of my wife's like we wanted and cannot change it ! Poor service and bad communication.

  No one is going to cash your check if it gets returned due to NSF (Non Sufficient Funds). It will be deposited into your account with a hold. And no they don't charge $25 for a cashiers check.
