  My wife and I are very appreciative of the exceptional service we received at the Norland Avenue Branch of F&M Trust recently. Our F&M representative went the extra mile to help us every step of the way when an internet scam necessitated closing one account and opening a new one. We really like this "home town" bank service!   Called all day (no less than 30 times) for 2 days and got no answer. Tried every published number. Communication is horrible. Still trying to get through to anyone.

  How do I fit a great review in such a small box? For one, the staff is incredibly courteous. They have a thing called a "service star" at the bank which is basically a gold star, and let me tell you I would give one to each one of their employees.

  Rhetta at F&M Trust was very helpful and professional when I worked with her. She left no questions unanswered and she really made sure that I understood every detail. I highly recommend this bank.

  Mark Bitting was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and answered questions in terms that we could understand. He also got back to us and returned calls very quickly. Completion of my loan application was also simple and pain-free.

  Since early 2013 I have had an outstanding check, and the staff at F & M has been diligent in asking to see if the check has been cashed since then. I'm always greeted with a smile without exception by the tellers and they go above and beyond for me.

  Michele was so friendly and helpful at F&M Trust. I needed to switch to a different account due to an increase in expenses and a decrease in income and I remember going home thinking thank God for F&M Trust.
