  Sharon Miller helped us get a loan in Waynesboro Pennsylvania back in 2019 and a house in North Augusta South Carolina! This year 2022 I must say she is the BEST OF THE BEST!!! she responds to every text and email right away! She makes sure to answer every question you have and she explains everything. She is extremely professional. She has a lot of patience! I use to call, text and email her a lot! Lol But she was always there to help! She is extremely nice and I will continue to use her every time we want to buy a house! I wouldn't go with anyone else! I tried to but NOBODY like Sharon!! We are very happy with everything!   Sharon is a true top class professional, I would go out of my way to recommend her and her team to anyone. I am a first time home owner now, thanks to Sharon. She and her team were transparent, responsive, accurate, cohesive and fun through the entire process. We had multiple friends and neighbors who had a variety of issues with other Lenders causing delays in their settlement. Sharon and her team were proactive and one step ahead of everything resulting in no delays whatsoever. Their outstanding service is impervious to COVID! Sharon will be getting an invite to our House warming party.

In 2019 Sharon worked with me for the original financing on my new home and then recently she worked with me through the process of a re-finance on my original mortgage because of interest rates being lower then what I was given in 2019.   Sharon Miller is the guiding light that "brings you home" as her slogan says! As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions that she answered gracefully and in a timely manner. Her assistant Christie Morgan is equally as amazing! They both put my worrying mind at ease and broke things down in layman's terms if we needed more clarification. Sharon was the first lender we consulted. The very first time we spoke, she told us EXACTLY what we needed to do to get our credit ready. A couple months later, after we solved our credit issues, we shopped other lenders, but with Sharon, we ended up with a much better loan with a much lower rate vs. all FOUR competitors we spoke with! Out of those 4, Sharon was the ONLY one so thorough and responsive. That speaks volumes. But what made us come right back to Sharon wasn't the better rate, as we didn't yet know what hers would be, it was because she conveys GENUINE concern. Sharon Miller conducts herself as though this is more than just a "job" to her. We were impressed with her willingness to provide individualized one-on-one service and decided THAT is the kind of person we wanted in our corner for one of the biggest decisions of our lives! We couldn't have had a better lender than her! Thank you Sharon and Christie!! You guys are phenomenal at what you do and your efficiency is very refreshing!
