  Bill is outstanding. Extremely responsive, understands and clearly works with your financial needs to ensure your budget on a home works for you - even if you’re approved for a larger amount. He knew that I had no desire to over extend myself by any means. Bill must have prepared nearly 30 cost estimate sheets for me. For MD, VA and WV. The response time was incredible. Additionally, he doesn’t over-run your credit inquiry. Over nearly a year of looking, he ran my credit in the beginning and not again until putting a contract on a house. I highly recommend Bill.

  This was the second time we have worked with Bill McHugh to secure a home mortgage. We looked around at a few other companies this time but definitely so glad we went with Bill. He is a good friend but I am sure we received no special favors or help that he doesn't offer to all his clients. Our situation was a bit complicated but Bill helped us navigate through all the choppy waters with relative ease. By staying local we were able to meet in person, drop off documents as needed and have the convenience of being in the same town as the company we used for our mortgage. We felt like our mortgage was Bill's top priority and he provided great service. We would definitely recommend him to any one looking for a mortgage.

  It is often said that buying a home is one of the most stressful things you will ever do in your life. I think whoever coined that phrase must have worked with someone other than Bill and Integrity Home Mortgage. From the start Bill was attentive to my needs. From getting me a preapproval letter to changing the term of my loan from a 30 year to a 15 year, Bill was enthusiastic about helping me accomplish what I wanted. Once this house is paid off, I will definitely be returning to Bill for his services when we purchase our mountain property. Thanks Bill and team!

  Working with Bill McHugh was a joy. He was always responsive and helpful. He made the loan process for us very easy. He did ask for lots of data, some of which was repetitive, but we understood it was part of the underwriting process. Were I to buy another home, I would want to work with Bill again. He raised the bar so high that few could reach it.

  Bill is such an amazing and caring guy. He goes out of his way to take care of you and make sure everything is going smoothly. The fact that he made house calls was a huge blessing since we have a feisty 2 year old. Everything went off without a hitch and we are very happy we chose him to handle our mortgage.
