  So I am like any other customer out there. I read reviews, talk to the business and then make a decision. I have to say that all the negative reviews don't seem to add up. The staff here is great and they work with you to get you the car you want, not what they want to sell you. I have been doing business with affordable for 2 years and had zero issues with car, my payments or the staff. The cars they offer are top quality and in many cases brand new or close to brand new. I think it all comes down to this. Buy what you can afford / need, make your payments on time and keep insurance current. If these steps are followed there will never be any issues. I never leave reviews but felt this company deserves it. They treat you like a person, not just a contract. Give them a chance and you will see what I mean. If you want a reliable car with friendly staff, don't look any where else. Period.

  These people don’t deserve any stars at all Kelly and Amanda are rude and disrespectful they do not need to be in this line of work they threaten to disable cars due to their own mistakes then want you to pay a processing fee. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and to the owner you will continue to lose customers with these two girls

  Always there when you need them. Very polite and helpful staff. I had many questions and they were patient and knowledgeable with their answers. They will work with you for sure. Honestly nicest people to talk with out of any other company I have financial obligations too. Keep up the good work. I'm very happy with their service.

  I've been doing business for 9 month's now and have never had any issues. The ladies in the office have been more than pleasant every time I called or stopped in. The answered every question I had. I bought my first car in June 2020. Had for 7 months and need a second vehicle and bought the car I wanted. They were all very professional. Highly recommend them.

  Worst place to get a vehicle from my dad had bought a 07 GMC Yukon Denali a couple years ago and he had nothing but problems always in the shop for something then everyone in the house got covid didn’t have money coming in and was about 2-3 weeks behind paid up up to current and we didn’t realize we didn’t have insurance got new insurance and they took his truck and saying that he broke the contract

  Our company does not sale vehicles. Mr. West did not purchase the vehicle. We lease the vehicles and if any issue occurs during the lease the vehicles must be service or examined by a certified mechanic. The customer is required to maintain regular maintenance on all vehicles. They are also required to notify our office if is there is any issues. No such notice was received until the vehicle was repossessed. In the past our company has offered assistance for customers with Covid issues. Most importantly, because the vehicles are leased not owned by the customer, the issue of having valid and current insurance coverage on our vehicle is necessary. If a vehicle is driven without insurance it is illegal and we are the responsible owner. The customer was having issues with returning the vehicle to have an updated GPS machine installed which is also required by the lease. Customer made several arrangements to have this taken care of but never showed. Our office have to make arrangements with another business to have this service performed therefore their valuable time was wasted on each schedule appointment. Customer also fully understood that he was in violation of his lease. The son (Lawrence) needs to review the documents that his father agreed to and violated before he makes a complaint or comment.   Professional, prompt and precise ! The ladies in the office are amazing, between the owner and these lovely ladies I was able to rectify a nightmare deal that occurred at a different dealership and now my family is in a safe, and reliable vehicle. Grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work with this company.

  First off after hitting a deer they then said that we were to take it to a garage get it fixed then bring them the vehicle to be inspected by a finance person who knows absolutely nothing about mechanics. On top of this it took 3 weeks to get a check from our insurance company in which case they shut my vehicle off even though a payment has never been late nor missed. Do yourself a favor and NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

  I do apologize you do feel this way however we do have to look at the vehicle after repairs are made to the vehicle. Also we can not control how long it does take for insurance to send a check. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

  Please if you are reading this and you want to get a car from them. Please don’t. They are nothing but scammers. I do not say this lightly. They took $3000 from me and then tried to say I tampered with my vehicle. So they came and took it. They are just in the business of getting peoples money. They don’t want to help you they want to take your money and then get there car back. I don’t even want to go to the race card because believe me it would take a turn for the worst.
