Capital Title of Texas caused so many issues, lack of communication and unnecessary troubleshoot items. Which led me to depend on Natasha, immediately I felt my business was wanted.   First I’d like to say that John Arianna and Matthew are amazing providing top performance to the last minute of our real estate deal.   I was excited to speak with Capital Express Funding (after reading all the amazing reviews) in regards to a deal I was working on that required mixed use rehab funding. The deal ultimately fell through, but I was still interested in getting information about funding requirements, interest rates, points, etc. Unfortunately I was met with disrespect and name calling. No matter what your going through, you should never speak to anybody in such a mean tone or call them out of their name. Marty, I hope you have a better day and learn that you never know who you are speaking with. You could be blocking your own blessings.

  John and Jim were readily available with any questions I had. I did 2 refis and a purchase and closed all 3 on the same day. Everything went well and I got a decent interest rate. Thank you. I'm sure I'll be using them again when the time comes.

  Great experience working with our lender, express capital, they made our first deal flow through smoothly and now we are onto the next properties. They have great loan programs and rates available for most states that we are interested in. They routinely put out nice online training programs that show they genuinely care about their borrower's success and I have found their terms to be more competitive than most, especially if you're the new person in town. If you're looking for your next property, I would definitely give these guys a call to make a deal happen sooner rather than later! Shout out to our LO, thanks Simon for your hard work.

  ECF is such an amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, company. I first started working with Jesus who was just completely a pleasure to work with and fast to respond to my questions via email or text message. Jesus has left the company, but referred me to Marty Chara who has been nothing short of absolutely brilliant!
