  PLEASE EVERYONE BE AWARE OF THIS BANK AT 290 AVENUE X CHASE BANK. SOMEONE STOLE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND MY SON. I WENT TO THIS BANK TO ASK FOR HELP AND SPOKE WITH THE RUSSIAN LADY SHORT BLOND HAIR WITH GLASSES AND SHE SAID NOTHING COULDN'T BE DONE BECAUSE SINCE I NEVER LOST MY CARD THE BANK IS SAYING THAT I TOOK OUT THE MONEY OR THAT I AUTHORIZE SOMEONE TO TAKE IT OUT. I WENT TO ANOTHER BANK TO CLOSE DOWN MY ACCOUNT AND GOT A NEW CARD AND THE BANK REPLACE MY MONEY BUT I GOT A LETTER SAYING THAT IT WILL TAKE BACK FROM MY MONEY $700. AND $80.00 FROM MY SON'S ACCOUNT CHASE TOOK AWAY 80. DOLLARS FROM MY SON'S ACCOUNT AND ALSO TOOK AWAY 700. DOLLARS FROM MY ACCOUNT. I'M DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY WITH THIS BANK SO I WILL REPORT IT TO THE POLICE AND EVERYONE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR MONEY THANK YOU GOD BLESS EVERYONE AND YOUR FAMILIES.

  Have you ever been in the USSR? If not, you can feel the same what Soviet Union’ people felt when they spoke with the officials. Rude personal! No costumer service at all! Was to busy to open two new accounts 🤪. Ask my 18 years old daughter if she has utility bills and told that with no it they can’t open account. Are you crazy ???? Close this terrible place! I will never return to your bank🤢I will open my account in the Bank of America better. Отвратительное место !   There’s a reason this bank has so many one star reviews. Unprofessional, getting things done is virtually impossible because they are severely short staffed, and they are not honest about their terms and conditions. Came two days in a row to meet with a business banker (there’s only one on staff), made an appointment for 2, which was changed to 2:30. It’s now almost 3 and he still isn’t here. Invest your money & time elsewhere.

  Worst chase i have ever been to! The employees are very rude and disrespectful I waited an hour there just for a bank statement for my account The employees completely ignored me as they walked by me .. i had to say something to them in order to get there attention

  THE WORST EMPLOYEES EVER!! I WENT THERE WITH MY HUSBAND HE NEEDED HIS BANK STATEMENTS TO BE PRINTED OUT AND ALSO REQUESTED A NEW SAVINGS DEBIT CARD , AFTER SPENDING 45 MINUTES WITH THE TELLER THE MISSION WAS IMPOSSIBLE , THE MISSION WAS NOT ACCOMPLISHED DUE TO THE STUPID EMPLOYEE CAUSE SHE COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHERE HER ARMS ARE GROWING FROM.! ITS SEEMS TO ME THAT ITS EITHER SHE HAS TWO LEFT ARMS, AND NO BRAIN AT ALL!! SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS BUT YET SHE'S STILL WORKING IN THAT BRANCH AND IS GETTING PAID PRETTY WELL!! I DON'T KNOW ITS EITHER SHE IS THERE CAUSE SOMEONE IS PROTECTING HER OR SOMEONE IS INTERESTED IN HER PRESENCE! WHEN WE GOT THERE IT WAS 0 PEOPLE IN LANE BUT DUE TO HER STUPIDITY IT WAS HUGEST LANE YOU CAN EVER IMAGINE! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!

  This location is awful. Feels like no one works here and on top of that all staff look so unhappy, never nice, never smile on their face. I know so cause live across the street. I used to live in Bensonhurst and all branches on 86 street have a superb customer service. I came here last week to change my last name on the account around 4:30 pm, I was waiting for about 15 mins, no one approached me, looked like it was an apocalypses, only few people were there. After I realized no one will approach me I went to look for someone who can help me. All I needed is to change the last name on the account. It was already 4:45 pm and the lady asked me to come some other day because the branch closes at 5 pm. She said she is not gonna do anything right now. So I came on another day in the morning. Again few ppl at the bank, no one greets you. After I waited someone finally approached me, but the whole point is, why there are only few staff members. Why everyone is behind the window and when they see people coming in it looks like they hide over there. It’s not like they were busy, there were no customers. Someone could come out and ask if customers need any assistance. It’s very obvious when people wait on the chair. Again other Chase branches where I ever went were so helpful and staff is very pleasant. When I go to Bank of America i always have a great experience.

  the experience was not good no apple pay was working i wasn’t able to deposit money i don’t carry cards with me it only in my phone wallet I never had problems in other locations then after standing and waiting for over 20 minutes

  Ms. Sabrina Karim must be promoted immediately! She went above and beyond for me when assisting me during a very tough time for me. She seamlessly helps multiple customers while picking up other's slack. Ms. Karim displays utmost professionalism and compassion and should be promoted without to their leadership team and to corporate ASAP. I've visited this branch often and she is a pleasure to deal with. This young lady makes Chase look good and I look forward to seeing her grow within the company!

  Honestly first time opening a chase account online and this franchise is the one I decided to come to deposit on my account! First I had to wait at 11am for someone specifically to come from lunch to help me, when they have 4 other bankers looking at their screen! Now I’m being told I need proof of address but how if I’m giving it to you on my ID! Perhaps I can print my bank statement or have the USPS send me mailing images of my mail and nothing it’s enough because chase can’t print a simple document for you! Customer service in this franchise is horrible !! So much for going above and beyond and now I’m annoyed I WAISTED an hour in this for no reason and bad results of help!!! I won’t ever bother to open or recommend anyone to this bank and location!!!

  The people at this location are absolutely disgusting. There is one lady with blond hair that wears glasses who is the ONLY person that understands customer service. I’ve been going to this location since it was Washington Mutual. The raccoon lady only helps Russians. There is a man named Alex who handles the business accounts that refuses to be helpful. I changed my maiden name due to being married, was told to bring in my marriage certificate & new social security card. Alex told me everything was changed and I didn’t need to do anything. I asked for a new card to reflect my new last name and guess what? I received a new card with my maiden name! How hard is it to change a name? The lack of customer service for non Russian speaking customers is disgusting.
