  Went through a drive thru ATM.. requested 200 dollars only 60 came out and they took out 200 it of my account . Wasted half my morning sitting in the bank disputing falty ATM. Only reason I added some stars was because the tellers were very friendly , but I had to wait for the only TWO customer service reps .

  It's is good most of the time, but you will find impolite banking tellers here. Sometimes ATM line will be too long. This weekend I wait very long time to withdraw.

  Glad I’m not the only one who thinks this is the worst TD branch. Manager Alex is always disrespectful and impatient, there are constantly lines out the door, and workers always look stressed and unhappy.

  Can you be any slower and apathetic? Huge lines that never move, tellers that are starring at the windows, employees bouncing the customers from to each other because nobody wants to work. Shame on you

  I went to that bank to make wire transfer. She did the wrong name. She can't write down the correct name which I gave. The employee is very careless. Now, i have to go back to fix it. That waste my precious time.

  Very racist! Kept asking what do I do for a living and asked me where how did I deposit my last transaction which had nothing to do with why i was there! Will never go back oh wait and after we were done she put my phone number and job title on a piece of paper was just super weird

  Excellent Service during COID-19!! Thank you during these difficult times!! Keep in mind this location is one of the few locations that are open to help the customers.

  Worst experience with this branch. They are short staffed and when you tell them about it they just apologize for it. Better go to other branch and don't waste your time.

  This is the worst branch ever!!!!!!!! And actually the reason we are leaving td in general. They are rude , unorganized and unprofessional, disrespectful that I can continue the list of what they are!

  There is far too much reliance on AI rather than common sense. Looking for a bank that understands that. Please let me know if you know of one.
