  Ruben, one of the managers, helped me resolve a number of issues related to acquiring bank statements and official balance letters. He was extremely professional, attentive, and just so nice. My impression of BOA in the past has not been so positive, but the people I interacted with at this branch made me rethink my assessment.

  If possible to avoid this branch, please do it. Bunch of obnoxious tellers starting from so called indifferent manager, etc. Atm does not accept checks there, so you have to stand in line to get “warm” service. Unfortunately i have to use this s..thole sometimes, as its closest to workplace… uff…

  I traveled for an hour on foot through the snowdrifts because the transport was closed due to a snow storm. and when I arrived, they told me that the bank closed early due to bad weather. this was my only chance to open a business account with you, at other times I am very busy. Why didn't you warn me not to come?!

  I was so grateful to the relationship managers of this branch! I came there with my questions and problems without even being BofA costumer yet. Renat Abramov and another manager (sorry, I don't know her name) went an extra mile to research on my non-standard problem. I became BofA customer because of their knowledge, professionalism and willingness to help. Excellent service and warm attitude!

  You have to remove this branch. It’s totally trash Bank of America that i ever seen. You have to wait at least 2 hours in order to solve your issues.

  I had a great experience with banker Esra, she was very professional and patient. I had an issue with my account but she fixed it very quickly. 5 stars!

  Worst branch. Most of the time only 1teller for clients Manager should be removed from here

  Very slow service, huge lines, usually one teller take care of all branch, the other “bankers” sitting in the offices and play like they working hard. Simple transaction ( depositing money) takes at least 30 min.

  Excellent service. I get there without appointment but anyway they excepted me and they treat me very well. the young lady who served me her name was Ruslana and everyone were just respect full and nice and professional. Friendly atmosphere. 👍
