  This company offers many products for out of the box home loan financing for the regular consumer which I can appreciate. We have been able to assist several clients with out of state financing and have been able to move them toward their next real estate goal! NonQM financing is great at Excelerate Capital.

  I had 2 properties to refinance, both with relatively small hard money private mortgages. I drive for Uber and I write off a lot of mileage, so I really didn't think I could improve the situation. As a former loan officer for nearly 10 years before the housing crises, I used to have many options for getting loans like these done but with new consumer protection legislation it has become seemingly impossible for self employed people with hard to prove income to qualify for a mortgage. I had shopped several lenders and brokers and they always told me it couldn't be done. I had given up. Then I heard their commercial while listening to CNBC on the radio in my van and I decided to give it a try. I submitted my information on their website and Scott immediately called me. I explained the difficulties of my loans and he called me back the next business day with a quote for 80% LTV cash out on both properties. I was skeptical but decided to proceed. I don't know how they did it but both loans are now closed and funded. Scott got me a bunch of cash from the equity and lowered both of my rates by more than 4% (4.25% on one and 4.375% on the other to be exact). I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend Excelerate Capital to anyone, but especially if you are self employed and finding it difficult to get the loan you want.

  Great staff. Very responsive. Felt kinda skeptical going thru a smaller mortgage broker but Marcel’s great attitude quickly changed that. I got a excellent refinance APR on a 15 year mortgage and couldn’t be happier. Thank you for all your help!

  I came in as an intern and they were quick to teach me the ropes of an HR assistant. I was always able to asks questions about every subject in the mortgage industry which helped me get a better understanding of the people we were hiring. If you need guidance they are there to help but if you feel competent to take the lead, they will let you do that as well.
