They’ll push it all the way up 3. Quick loan approvals and disclosures 4. Always answer the phone

  I have been in the Mortgage industry going on 16 years now, and 100% by far BluePoint Mortgage is the best lender I have worked with. Their turn times are incredible, their staff is extremely knowledgeable and anytime I need anything on a file, the response time is right away. If you're not working with Blue Point as your 'Go To Lender" you need to reassess who you're doing business with.

  My experience working with Bluepoint has been outstanding and unlike any other lenders out there who claim they close loans faster. Bluepoint’s pricing is very competitive, they offer all of the popular programs out there along with non-qm products, this is great because we don’t have to go to different banks they have it all in house. The quality of the communication and service Bluepoint provides is excellent, they help with solutions and options for the clients to help ensure they meet their guidelines with their investors and we also can give alternative options for the clients this is very important because we all know every scenario is different and not a one size fits all kind of situation. I have had the pleasure of working hand in hand with Diego Chavez, Barry Michael and Barbara Ybarra among the rest of the team and look forward to working with them in the future to come.
