  There’s always such a long wait. Typically only one to two tellers. They need to hire more people. Only one teller knows what she is doing the other one is always lost or makes mistakes on the amount deposited. Overall it can be 45 minute wait. I understand there’s the ATM but when doing it for a business that is not an option.

  Extremely frustrated. I went in to cash in some coins I had rolled up over the years. They would not exchange them for cash and when I asked they be deposited they said it would take 7 business days to count 150$ in quarters and dimes. Give me a break. I took them to another bank of America and they exchanged them for cash no questions asked and the entire transaction took less than 5 minutes.

  Terrible experience with this new location. They literally would not help me make a withdrawal. I will be closing my accounts ASAP

  first time coming here and last! come in to just cash my check ; waited for 10 mins and then they told me to come back because its about 1 hour wait time ? Went to the nearest BOA cashed it in 5 mins. this place needs to step up !
