      This place is terrible!!! The accountant there is very irresponsible and hard to communicate. We have to find another accounting firm to do our taxes and bookkeeping, and EXACT TAX gave us a hard time for transition by not giving us all the necessary documents; and they stopped to do our payroll prematurely so we have to scramble, very unprofessional. We feel so regret to have used them. I strongly suggest you stay away!!!

      Jerry was great and excellent to answer all my tax questions. He was extremely helpful! He reminded me to pay my estimate tax to avoid interest charges!

      I've been to a number of accounting firms over the years and I've never had this level of courteousness and competence. Mary, the owner, has over twenty five years of experience and it's reflected in her knowledge in how to get the maximum return. The rest of the office people seem to also display the same qualities.

      The guy who did my tax return last year sounds like he known everything and with a bad attitude and gaves me 60 seconds to make a decision and at the end didn't get the money that I deserved. The reason I write review because I saw that they are rated 5 star.
