  Horrible experience! I ended up calling the customer service by myself to fix the problem. My card was given by Costco, I didn’t choose Citi Bank, it chose me. Yes I’ll still use it, with hate. I can do nothing about it! This is crazy!

  very pleased, the 3 staff members I had to deal with all tried to help out, the latino american looking gentleman was very nice and the asian young pretty girl with beautiful voice was also very nice and smiling and ready to help. Overall a very good customer service, thks a lot!

  so i came here to cash a check that was alot of money..they said supposedly the system wasnt able to cash my check but the cashier next to me was working fine,the manager asked me where iworked and to go to downey better..what does that have to do with anything? i think they were racial profile-ing me because im mexican...because when i whent to the other citi bank on monterey everything was fine..waisted my time over here..

  When we are in the san gabriel valley and need to go to the bank, it's definitely nice to have a citibank available to service our banking needs. I am faithful citibank customer and even thouhg it doesnt get that busy, it's very chilled here. The staff are warming, welcoming and helpful. I have never had an issue with how the staff operates here. The parking is a bit tricky and narrow, but it doesn't change the fact why I love this citibank so much. Good Work!!! keep it up!! customer satisfied!

  The worst banking experience, Hank the representative was deceitful and not truthful with me when I opened my account and I wish i never would have gone into this bank. I’m currently filling a complaint.Laura the branch manager seems like she couldn’t care a less
