  No one answer the phone every time when I try to call. Once when I visited this bank and made deposit, the cashier forgot to give me back my ID. For many days, I looked for it everywhere possible and would not find it. I even wanted to get a new one from DMV. I tried to call BOA many times, no one answer at all. I did not understand why someone just called me and let me know they kept my ID. I am with BOA for many many years, very disappointed with the services.

  This branch is crowded, there lots of ATM, no drive through ATM, no enough park lots. So be careful with the time, it's hard to park at peak time. The in-person service is good! My photos show the parking situation around 10 is, I guess the reason is there are too many restaurants in this area, so it's hard to park.

  My check was stolen. Although there is no my signature on the check, I still want to tell the bank to pay attention to it, only to get the reply that they can not do anything, I have to stop these checks, and then stop each check to charge 35 dollars commission! The problem was that it didn't have my signature on it, and the bank staff including the manager told me that people could take the money even without my signature, which means bank of America can't guarantee the security of my account, and their solution is to charge a fee if a customer's account is at risk? This was the most rude and funny customer service I've ever seen. Since then, I've never been to this Bank of America again. It's really bad

  line always out the door and they refuse to add any more tellers even when the wait is over an hour. cheap business. one teller for a line of 50+ people always

  The worst bank ever. My PIN number is correct, it all works in other branch and ATM, but only this location always showed wrong password, I’ve been changed many times, still not work for this location’s ATM. Their bankers can’t explain why, and not able to fix their error. This location always busy, and give bad attitude to customers. I finally closed my account and will never use BOA, I’ve use chase for over 10 years, they never have this kind of issue.

  Most Terrible Service to my parents who has been banking with B of A for over 30 years. After 45 min long wait, we asked if Danny (customer service at lobby) to help us to speed up the waiting time for medical directive notary since my mom requires a critical surgery in 2 hours. He was not willing to help at all. My parents were extremely disappointed that loyalty does not go both ways! We regret that we are no longer desire to do business with this bank for now on. Please reconsider when you are looking for a true banking partner that is Not just nice to you when you are depositing your life saving investment! You must search for a bank that you can depend on it at all times!

  Worst teller customer service by far, all Chinese descendant, they are know for careless service, now here in Monterey Park! Do not waste your time stand in line, you will have a better experience with the ATM inside the bank than a actual person!

  Very rude, arrogant, bad attitude, people I was in need of a bank on the area and I assumed customer service would gladly help me but instead I was mistreated by a young man with glasses he said quote in quote “next time use the ATM”,in a Vulgar manner. PLEASE TRAIN your employees WELL before sending them off to take of customers. You can advise customers but they cannot tell us customers what to do! I won’t advise anyone to go to this branch of Bank of America very rude people here don’t waste your time here please. I usually don’t write reviews but this I just had to it really was that bad and I don’t want other people to experience the same treatment I received

  I was so upset due to the fact that they were not able to provide blank personal checks. Other Banks can provide you with checks. I also waited over 10 min and no one asked if I needed help so I was the one who approached.

  This place is insane. The people run around talking out loud in Chinese, they've got a loud telephone with an annoying ringtone and people constantly coming in and going at the front door, it's impossible to conduct any real business Chinese employees joking around and on the their cell while people are waiting to serviced Very bad experience...never again. took hour to get cashier check and when I ask to speak to manager the manager was out !
