  Bad experience from the start! They say they don't charge lender fees but Deborah put on $3200 which she admitted was a lender fee and the lies just continued from there. Go somewhere else!

  I've been through probably two dozen purchases and refinances so I have a strong base for comparison. I can not recall any easier process, but I have experienced many many worse. Your in good hands with these guys. I just refinanced my original loan from these guys and used them again. Jordan and Theresa make the process as painless as possible. I've used the big banks before and I've also used the smallest of mortgage brokers and this company continues to outperform the competition. Updtate - Just used these guys again. Another great experience

  The whole process was excellent from start to finish. I was just coming off a recent divorce and had limited funds available due to unsold real estate, yet they were still able to secure me a loan and get me pre-approved. My new home was completed during the virus, which presented other problems and additional requirements, and once again they worked hard to get my loan closed, and at the original closing date. Highly recommend!
