  If you are a small business needing income verification, stay away from this company. They will not work with you or be flexible in the information they require. I have worked with other mortgage refinance lenders who are more flexible and understanding in the process. My loan officer was good; it was the compliance officer Adriana who made my life a living hell. I do not recommend this company.

  We refinanced with Ideal Home Loans and it was far less of a headache than I thought it would be. We purchased our home only 5 months prior to refinancing due to significant rate drops. Our loan officer was Joel Barach and he was unbelievably good in keeping us up to date with our options and laying out the financial benefits and costs associated with different options in our refinancing process. I really don't like writing reviews, but this one is 100% deserved. Thank you again Joel!

  I just closed on my mortgage with Ideal Home Loans for the purchase of my first home. Jennifer Larson was our loan officer and she was absolutely amazing. She's incredibly knowledgeable, was attentive to all of our needs and very friendly. She definitely delivered the WOW factor with her level of customer service.   AZ residents here. We had a wonderful experience with Carrie O'Connell and Brent Ivinson who worked with us to refinance our AZ home through the Ideal Home Loans in CO. We did everything remotely. Carrie was extremely communicative and friendly and made us feel completely at ease. We were back and forth between Ideal and another local lender and she and the owner Brent went the extra mile to make sure Ideal got us the best terms. The process was much faster than we thought it would be and once it was done I almost felt bummed I didn't have a reason to chat with Carrie anymore---she felt like a friend! Thank you Carrie and Brent!

  Ideal Home Loans is great at explaining the details and working quickly. Both the seller and agents were impressed by how fast my loan closed!! It really is a great experience at Ideal, going in and sitting down with my lending specialist was super helpful in understanding the process. As a first time home buyer the proccess was actually easier than I expected. Five stars!

  Joel Barach is a rockstar. Several months ago I was working with Fairway who was trying to charge me a rate of 4.599 percent. My credit qualified me for a much lower rate. I switched to Ideal Home Home Loans and Joel got me closed in about 10 days, dropped my PMI with a rate of 3.99 all without an appraisal. I highly recommend Joel and the Ideal Home Loan Team.
