  Got me lower interest rate, which was the main goal for the refinance. Just be sure to go over the paperwork and verify your numbers and name spelling. For us it took 3 attempts to close due to paperwork not being correct.

  It was fast but for a streamline I was told that that the minimum for the loan is $80k. The fee being charged is too high if you consider you own the loan and me being a great customer.

  From my initial inquiry to the internet about refinancing my home, I found loanDepot almost immediately responsive, cordial and interested in meeting my needs. Greg Delgado and Mike Bean were informative and helpful throughout the fact-gathering process. The application process was seamless for me - Mike asked, I answered and in minutes, I had documents in my email box to review. Once signed and submitted, it was mere days before I heard from Sharae Harris with a few follow up questions and then a preliminary loan approval notice. There was a bit of a problem when my insurance company mistakenly added loanDepot as a "mortgagee" to the wrong property and when I questioned it with Sharae, she was immediately responsive to your department that handles that process with 3rd parties. It was corrected almost immediately, and we proceeded with the loan process. Your staff handled the questions, the process and the problems with ease. Good job.

  Michael has done great explaining the process and how loandepot does things. He's been very knowledgable and accessible when I have had a question. This is my first experience refinancing online without going to a local office and seeing someone face to face, Michael has taken some of the unsuredness out of that. He's a good salesman/loan officer, not the pushy kind, the kind that presents a good product and lets the product sell itself. Thanks

  Great experience, was in a loan process with my local credit union, my application had to be done online knowing it would be time consuming and the response time was longer than I had anticipated in the meantime while waiting for there response i received a call from Jeremy and and the communication was beyond great and Jeremy was very pleasant to speak to and professional and quick, i would highly recommend Jeremy for being pleasant and sociable, just a great representative of your company, thank you Loan Depot

  Put the loan together quickly, had great products save the PMI and interest rates. Communicated quickly, Greg was especially patient, as I constantly forget to check my emails. He also has a fantastic sense of humor which really helps In stressful situations.

  Every time we mentioned our frustration with the timeline and lack of proactive communication We received quick responses and everyone was kind, professional and did what they could to answer our questions. If people are not in a hurry it was an ok experience.
