  If you ever need financing for your house or a rental, Kevin from Evolution Mortgage is the absolute best broker you can find. I'm speaking from experience. We had an urgent situation where we had to close on new construction home in under 3 weeks. Kevin promised he can get it done in 2 weeks. Well, it took 8 days from the time we submitted our application to the time we got "clear to close" email. Kevin coordinated and managed all the parties involved (RE agents, builder, construction manager, lender, appraiser, title company, attorney and us). He stayed on top of everything and made sure no time was wasted and nobody held up the process. We wouldn't even finish reading an email as Kevin was already calling us to get us up to speed and onto the next step. The professionalism, communication skills and work ethic this guy has are incredible. With pressure of rising rates and timing constraints it took a "village" to make the closing happen in record time and Kevin was the leader and the driving force. Time is money, literally. You can lock the best rate, but if the mortgage process takes longer and the rates are rising, as they currently do, you can end up paying a lot more if the lock expires before you are able to close. If you value your time, don't bother looking around! Even if you can find the same rates elsewhere, you won't find the VIP service that Kevin provides.

  Danny was the absolute best, I highly highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a home. We are first time home buyers so we were very unsure about the entire process and how it worked. From the start Danny walked us through everything, every step of the way. He is kind, professional, and is willing to go out of his way for his clients and talk to them at any hour of the day. His number projections from the start of the entire process were exactly on point so there was no surprises at once again I highly highly recommend Danny!

  We cannot say enough good things about Danny and his team. From the very first phone call with Danny, we felt at ease and knew we were in good hands, which meant everything through such a stressful process and as first time home buyers. Danny was always available, whatever time of day when we contacted him. He was always eager to help us with whatever we needed, and often times was there just to keep us calm and be a voice of comfort for us. We can't thank Danny enough - we truly feel very lucky to have worked with such an amazing person like him!

  Danny helped my boyfriend and I throughout every avenue of our co-op loan. Danny was patient and quick to answer and advocate for us during this exciting but stressful time. I am a novice at mortgage loans and he explained all of the details of our loan and all things real estate lingo. Its without a doubt that in our future of real estate purchases we will definitely continue to reach out to Danny and Evolution Mortgage for great rates and support.

  The rumors are true - buying a home (especially your first one!) is super stressful, and no one teaches you how to do it or what to expect. So, it helps to have knowledgeable, kind, helpful, resourceful, and dedicated experts in your corner helping you to the finish line. The other rumors are true - Danny is the best in the biz if/when you need a mortgage broker. He makes this process actually kind of fun (read: the process really isn't fun at all) and he won't ever make you feel silly for not understanding Real Estate/Mortgage 101 (lucky me!). He will lay out all the details in front of you in a fancy spreadsheet so you can make an informed decision, and will answer any question, at any time. I would know, because I had many. Having just closed on my first home I am so appreciative of Danny's time and thoughtfulness, but also of his kindness and humor throughout it all. It's not something I want to do again for a long, long time, but when I do, I will be calling Danny and you should, too! :)

  Alls I have to say is that we are sitting here writing this review from the comfort of our basement in our beautiful, big, dream home— thanks to Danny. Any stress? Would call Danny. Worried about the next step? Would call Danny. Needed some pep to keep positive? Would. Call. Danny Costello. Life is definitely good!!!! Thank you again!

  Dan Costello from Evolution Mortgage spent over a year helping me purchase my first home! Buying my first home was not easy but Dan made it as easy and stress free as possible. He’s a great sounding board to help talk through everything you want or need and was also very understanding to my budget. He walked me through multiple options and plans to make sure I was more than comfortable with the financial process, first down, and monthly. Not only does he provide great and honest feedback he truly cares about his clients and wants the absolute best for them. I cannot recommend him enough!

  Evolution Mortgage helped my fiance and I purchase our first home. They were patient, on call 24/7, and worked to find the best interest rates for our mortgage. Danny Costello basically held our hands during the entire process, answering questions about everything related to buying a house. He answered our emails typically within 5 minutes (even on the weekends). We had a tight deadline to close, due to our lease ending and Evolution Mortgage is the only reason we were able to move right into our house. They made it happen for us within 2 months. We are so grateful and could not have made this all happen without them. If you're purchasing a home, don't go anywhere else. They will support you, answer any questions, get you the BEST interest rate, go above and beyond, and hustle to make your closing happen on time.
