Motif Yam1Absolutely horrible customer service. This is a bank that rarely picks up their phone if you need customer service. Rude customer service reps who act like they're doing you a favor when performing regular servicing to your account. Also had an employee lock the door in my face when getting there a minute prior to closing time to make a payment. Horrible place to do banking.

Sasha Fierce2Extremely poor customer service. Two weeks ago, I emailed someone in the loan department. Never received a response. Called the checking dept, regarding a different matter today and also mentioned the lady in the loan department never responded to my email, please ask her to call me. Of course, she never called me. She emailed me instead - two weeks later regarding what I previously asked her. I emailed her back saying your response time is horrible. PAFCU is a waste of time! They are currently making a lot of unnecessary mistakes.

TheK24Kyle1Unbelievably inconvenient. Previously had an auto loan with them that was paid off early and was looking into purchasing another vehicle to replace it with. Figured stay with the same bank they offer a great rate. Loan process required several drives to branch during my work hours because they couldn’t submit the loan application correctly on day 1 with the correct amount of $$ down. one of the “ remote analysts” couldn’t view my app for a WEEK, had to consistently call to see if anyone had even reviewed my application yet.. all for a PRE APPROVAL. Just so they could come back And STILL get the application wrong. Must’ve explained I was putting over 20% down several times. Gave up and Bank of America gave me the SAME rate and term approved in LESS THAN AN HOUR. Wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last bank on earth.

Chris Garcia1Terrible place I went to deposit 600 dollars into my checking account it never appeared on my account and now they are saying that I never made a deposit and that they don’t have any record of it. As well I deposited my check and I had to wait two weeks for it to process they are lazy people and they should be closed and sued for negligence

Dennis Popik1I have purchased multiple cars in my life. Applying and receive a loan has always been no problem has taken no time at all. Until I decided to try and get a loan through PEOPLE ALLIANCE. This was the worst experience I ever had on trying to obtain a loan. It took 5 days to absolutely get nowhere with these people. They may offer good interest rates but good luck trying to get the process taking care and it’s not worth the headache. I’m so happy I decided to go through another bank and get a loan and guess what it only took a matter of minutes! So happy my money is not going to them!. If you were smart you would never apply for a loan here.

Catherine Nemeth2Been member since 1997 service has declined. They do not seem to care anymore whether they get your satisfaction or not. They never call back or follow up on loan applications unless you hound them. They easily place the blame on someone else. My credit scores have improved yet i got denied . Ended up going to another credit union and had loan in minutes.guess it is time to move on.

Angela3After belonging to this credit union for over 18 years, during the pandemic my loans continued to grow delinquent. There isn't a clause in the loan that provides automatic protection during times like these. In order to qualify for the delinquent program, you need a letter from your job, and or there's a 30 dollar fee for each loan. How does that help the members when theyre going through a difficult time in their lives. THEY SAY WE'RE HERE TO HELP.......HOW?

ZoEnzo D531It's very hard to get someone in the phone. If you lock yourself out of your online account by entering your password incorrectly 3 times, you can reset your password but still will not gain access unless you call in. Which would be fine except it's very difficult to have someone answer your call. It does not help that the phone service is closed during the weekends, and early during weekdays. So you may go days without being able to check your account balance. If you are locked out of your online account even your phone app will deny you access. Incredibly frustration to deal with. Would not recommend to a friend.

U M1I was going through a divorce and my ex tried to open a credit line in my name, this credit union allowed her to run my credit without my consent which is illegal then they tried to cover it up. They do not know basic banking regulations.
