      Absolutely horrid and unacceptable experience. Held my funds hostage for over two weeks with zero communication, then closed my account for absolutely zero reason (I couldn't even access the account during the short time it was opened). Terrible customer service, shady policies, and refusal to honor terms of my account opening...run don't walk. EDIT: As you can probably tell from their response, Teachers did reply to my email. They said a mandatory video call(???) would be required to (re?)open my account that was randomly closed. Phone call? Email? Letter? Nope. I have to do a video chat with a bank to correct what should have never happened in the first place. Why should I be forced to take time out of my day to solve a problem that they created?

      The worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. Juanita was absolutely rude and judgmental while I was applying for credit based on my past credit score& after explaining to her how unprofessional it is to criticize a client and that I will be leaving this conversation all she had to say was “ok, thank you”. For them to employe someone with no human courtesy is baffling. Thankfully I was able to go to a different bank with wonderful customer service and get my credit and auto loan approved. Please if you can choose a different bank. Don’t waste your time and allow someone to criticize you.

      Don’t even bother to open up an account with this Credit Union. They will approve your account then freeze your account the following day. Then tell you 3 weeks later that your account is being closed down without cause. Don’t waste your time and effort with these people.

      After running my credit, reviewing my paystubs including W2s and charging me $600 for the appraisal, I was told they can't do my refi because I have been with my new job for less than 2 years and it can't be counted as income. No income=No refi. So maybe someone should have told me this right from the beginning before running my credit and collecting $600. Common sense. NO STARS terrible bank for refis

      I have saving and checking accounts which were merged to this fcu. After the merge, they began to charge $10 inactivity fee very frequently and took almost all my money. Don’t deal with this cu. There are too many hidden fees.

      I just had the representative hang up on me because she didn’t wanna help me get a form I needed to fill out kinda bad customer service if you ask me. The atms never work at any branch they are always out of service or spit out money when you try to deposit it. Also call center is only open to 6pm what if I have an emergency? Every other bank has a call center open 24/7

      Worst financial institution EVER. Electronic banking is ALWAYS down, poor customer service if I could give no stars I would. They do not offer any amenities other banks/credit unions offer, lack of locations and ATMs, the central Islip branch has TV tellers that are nasty. Waited for 30 min while the platform staffed chit chatted at the Bayshore branch before I was called. Next week I am switching to anywhere else. DO NOT waste your time and money.

      Worst Credit Union to do banking with. They would much rather lose a customer than refund them as a courtesy for an overdraft charge. Credit Unions are just as much scammers as the rest of the commercial banks. Holly and Lauren couldn't be less empathetic and clearly do not care about good customer service.

      If I could give a negative number I would. As long as TCFU continues to use Fusion Leasing for their leasing products DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. Fusion Leasing is a horrible company. Their representatives have yelled at me, they have been holding a payoff check and lie about even receiving it. Getting help and support from TCFU has been difficult. I mentioned in one of my more than dozen phone calls that Fusion is horrible and the TCFU representative said, yeah, we get a lot of complaints about them. So WTF are you still doing business with them. TCFU took out a payment for my leased vehicle AFTER I had already traded it in and after they signed off on the ACH revocation. I will be filing a complaint with the state attorneys general and the BBB.
