  We worked with Kjell and his team at Evergreen Mortgage earlier this year to purchase our first home. As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions. They were very patient with us as we went through the entire process and made sure to get us the lowest rate possible. They were very thorough and worked hard to ensure everything was ready to go by our closing date, which we asked to be moved up about a week, and they were able to accommodate!   Evergreen Mortgage was incredible to work with. We had a unique refinance that we would not have trusted to just anyone. Kjell knew exactly how to navigate it all. His teammate Aubrey was also incredible at assisting and ensuring we were on track to close in time.   I purchased a home in Oct 2018 and Kjell was the best partner to get my mortgage in the right place. I did a comparison of 5 different mortgage brokers and Kjell and team were able to get the lowest closing costs and interest rate of all of them.   This review is long overdue. I purchased my first home about 6 months ago and Evergreen did an awesome job. I shopped around several others but ended up going with Evergreen not only for their rates & incentives but also for their great customer service. I would get a call/text within minutes. Very amiable and answered all my questions thoroughly. They helped make this potential stressful process go seamless. Highly recommend them!
