  Very unprofessional and no boundaries between lender/customer relationship. I switched lenders half through my purchase because it was financially beneficial for me-I saved $5,000 in closing costs as well as a lower interest rate. When I requested my file be moved over, Stephanie Jarrad seemed to go out of her way to make it more difficult for me, the "customer". I will never do business here again. Do not recommend.

  Mary and Carly were great to work with. Carly was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the whole process, and using the online portal to view and sign documents was easy and convenient.

  We just worked with Mary & Carly and they are so AMAZING! Not only did they help us by walking through all the paperwork, they helped us with every step by step. Not only that We live in Grants Pass and they put the final signing in Grants Pass so it would be easier. This was the best experience we could have asked for!   I recently completed a "Hybrid" loan closing with Mike Newmann and his fantastic staff. I was the Escrow Officer on the transaction and the "Hybrid" closing allowed for the buyers to sign the majority of their documents in the comfort of their own home. I was very impressed at how smooth the process was and how easy it was to close. Great job Newmann Group!
