  Chris and the EstaR Mortgage team kicked butt on my refinance, managed a 21 day close on a 30 year fixed with minimal back and forth requests at a rate way below any other lender. It was also interesting hearing the behind the scenes stories of the mortgage industry and I felt very confident in the decision to lock a rate.

  This is (at least) the third time we've worked with Chris and Nora. They are real pros. Everything moved along smoothly and quickly. They told us what they needed, we provided and they closed out the loan. They take full advantage of all of the latest (secure) technology to expedite things that would ordinarily take much longer. Quick and easy! We will definitely look them up the next time we need a home loan or refinance.

  I met Chris and Nora since they were with Mason McDuffy in San Ramon several years ago. Thats's when I first refinanced my house. I remember the process being smooth and painless and thus, when I was looking to refinance once more late in 2016, I sought them out again and was very happy to hear that they are now located in Alameda, at EstaRMortgage. It was super convenient for me to stop by anytime, as they were very accessible and responsive. I liked the service as they promptly returned my phone calls and welcomed me any time I just stopped by. Even though the process has become more complicated since the first time I refinanced as the regulations are so much tighter now, they supported me through it all and I always felt that they were working for me, and not for the bank! My escrow successfully closed early in 2017 and nothing in the closing statement was a surprise to me. Chris and Nora delivered exactly what they promised and did so in a professional and pleasant way. I'm glad they are in Alameda now and I would highly recommend EstaRMortgage and their services. I love their new space!
