      Without a doubt the worst bank I have ever dealt with.

      First, Bank of the West is one of the few banks that has said, it is not going to invest in oil/and oil related, companies any more. Hopefully they stick to that. Secondly, they have Operation Hope in the same building; which is a great company for people who haven't had the opportunity to learn balancing a checkbook, save to get a mortgage, and build a business. But thirdly, the best thing is the staff because they are amazing! Bank of the West, on 9th St., manager (Yolanda) has helped me in several situations. She is gone above and beyond on several occasions for me. I truly value her advice.

      I have tried for two months to get my lien release! I have called six times to various numbers, been on hold for nearly a total of two hours...thirty minutes again today... heard the same dang prompts a jillion times and still no help! I would NEVER recommend this company. Company personnel try to be helpful but THEY ALL say the same thing....they cannot help as they are only a branch with no records or authority! This is unacceptable. Again, I would NOT recommend this company! They gladly took my monthly payment for 5 years plus but they can’t give me my lien release!! Why???? They tell me it’s paid off.

      poor experience with lack luster support and management. This is certainly NOT a business or professional bank but more of a savings account deposit box with some people who open the doors - sometimes. You will: Be talked over Belittled Have your time wasted Have your car broken into in the lot right outside (yes) Need one say more?
