Lee Martin5I went to my branch in Alameda today. Just want to say that the security guard was amazing! I am recovering from surgery. She made sure that I could sit down outside and inside too. I am grateful to her. She made my visit easier. The service is stellar. Thanks US Bank!!!

Ms. Kay Love3This location had made up policies she asked me to write down my social security number on a random paper to cash my check not two pieces of ID like any other bank that to me is not safe and a little disturbing and illegal she would not show me the policy that stated you need your social to cash a check and not to apply for an account wont be back to this location Bad first impression 😡😡🥴
