  My husband and I refinanced our home 6 months ago and had the pleasure of working with Erin. She made the process so seamless and not stressful at all which was a lot different than the experience we had with our previous lenders. She is so attentive, responsive and explains everything so well. She is so friendly and truly cares about helping people. Because of the excellent service we had with her we are continuing to do business with OnPoint in getting a HELOC.
