  I first found Erik when helping my sister find a new, more responsive realtor, and Erik totally fit that bill. When the time came for us to sell our land in Georgetown, we decided to use him as well. He is very personable, very up front, answers questions clearly, and is ever so patient, prompt, and a clear communicator! We made enough money from the sale of our raw land that we were then able to turn right around and use Erik to buy a house in Elgin! He helped encourage us to advocate for ourselves, and he was an excellent advocate for us as well. We are now settling into our new home and would gladly use him again.

  My wife and I just closed on our new house and it's primarily thanks to Erik. I have worked with a handful of agents in the past when house shopping and many agents will smile and tell you what they think you want to hear. This is completely different with Erik. He is very professional, but will not hesitate to give you his honest opinion regarding the situation. He is quick to act which helped us avoid several pitfalls in our closing process that other parties were at fault for. He is also very persistent and willing to go the extra mile of making a dozen phone calls just to find the right person to resolve the issue. Remember success is not measured on what you know, but more on who you know. My wife and I had a unusually difficult closing process that was extended to 45 days due to various issues. Erik never failed us the entire time. When other parties would say, " We are just waiting for something to process", Erik would always respond with, "Let me call and see what's holding this up." If you want to have the best chance at a successful closing then you want to have Erik Davis and his team on your side. I will be recommending Erik to everyone I meet looking to purchase or sell their house in the Austin metropolitan area. If you are still not convinced just call and judge for yourself. You won't be disappointed in your choice. This Team's is going on the family Christmas card list.

  Erik is a big tall dude who is super honest, and has a good sense of humor. He helped my wife and I sell our land and buy our first home. We felt like he kept everything on the up-and-up and told us everything we needed to know to make decisions, instead of assuming we didn't need to know, or making decisions for us, which was exactly what we wanted and expected. Super personable, and willing to go to bat for you.

Erik is that realtor, my friends could not say enough about how much they loved him and how well he helped them in their home search.   There are a few times in life where you have the opportunity to work with people who truly impress you. Erik is one of those people. His absolute dedication to his work coupled with his ability to negotiate (AND DELIVER) is nothing short of amazing.
