  I was searching for a company to refinance my car loan with the improvement in my credit rating and would love to tell anyone looking to do what I've done to check out Tresl. They are fair, they don't inflate prices or charge ridiculous fees and Dina was an absolute delight to work with! HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

  Tried to refinance an auto loan via Tresl based on Google and Credit Karma reviews. Maybe the individual assigned to my case was an exception to the rule, but, they checked my credit score, said I had an offer available, and despite my many attempts to email and call the representative assigned to me, never responded back with the offer. Obviously I ended up refinancing elsewhere, just really frustrating to have gotten a hard credit inquiry only to never actually receive my offer paperwork.

  My entire process was an over all great experience, The loan officer was very thorough from beginning to end. From beginning to end the process only took 2 days to close in the loan and Kim was InTouch with me every step of the way!! I personally give her 5 stars for outstanding service...   I dealt with Alex Perez. He was super nice. He really helped us through the hard parts and gave us extra special thoughtful service. He thought of things to add to my contract that I had forgotten to ask for but were really helpful, like an extended warranty. I can't say enough about how nice he was and how he treated us so kindly. I was scared because we had tried to get vehicles before and were belittled at car lots locally. This company is great to work with and I'm so thankful I found them. I tell everyone about. them. We love our new truck.

  I started the process of financing my car with Tresle. My loan processor Terry Hommel was so helpful , responsive , knowledgeable and friendly that I cant remember when I started the process and when it was over. No back and forth and no hassle. Smooth and clean.

  Had a terrible experience with Tresl trying to buy a car through avis. I had my own financing and confirmed before my first appointment to test drive the car. The agent said they do take it. Once I found the car I wanted I kept the car per avis's policy when purchasing it during the pandemic while they processed it all. 3 days later I find out they don't take my financing. Being frustrated I still wanted the car so I tried getting financing through them. It took 2 days and they were unable to match what my bank offered for an interest rate even with my good credit. I returned the car back immediately and now am stuck with a huge car rental bill for all those days of having the car and then not purchasing it after all that. I tried everything to fight it I even spoke to the agent who told me they accepted it and she denied every saying it of course! At this point I'm tired of fighting and am going to eat the cost. I'm writing this review to help someone else not be in the same situation as I am. I could write more but will end it here. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! JUST GO TO A DEALER!

  I had a great experience with Jorge at Tresl. He was able to get me an amazing interest rate and he made the whole process so simple. Jorge was very responsive and always friendly! I will definitely consider Tresl again in the future!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Laura on the refinance of my auto loan. This was my first auto refinance, and I could not have asked for a more pleasant and knowledgeable Financial Advisor to guide me through the process. Laura was incredibly helpful and took the time to clearly explain my options and answer any questions that I had. She was always friendly, and each conversation with her was an enjoyable one.
