  Erica and Shelly are the best. This is our second time working with Erica and I am so appreciative for her Servant’s Heart. We just sold our first home as a family very unexpectedly. She was on top of everything, handled all the cleaning, painting, staging, anything that needed to be done in order to sell she was on top of it. You never know what life is going to throw at you and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her and her team!

  Erica was amazing for us as first-time home buyers. She is incredibly thorough, very organized, and on top of things. She was helpful in explaining every step of the process for us & even provided us with a notebook that helped clarify the different processes of home-buying and gave us a place to write our notes about each home we visited! It is about a month later and we are now comfortably settling into our new home & we could not have done it without Erica!

  Erica and Shelly are amazing!!!! They were always available and fast at responding and getting us showings. They helped us with the process of purchasing our dream home!   Erica and, her assistant, Shelly were very knowledgeable and effective in selling my property quickly and efficiency. They were always available to answer any questions I had quickly and made sure to keep me informed so that there were no surprises. Knowledge of the market was second to none, comps were dead on. Very happy with my experience and will be using them in the future.

Whether she is helping someone buy or sell the amount of determination and hard work never falters. Having an agent that advocates for you is a must!
