  James Rick was exemplary in all is activities. He even came to our home for our convenience when necessary to ensure actions were completed in a timely manner. He delivered satisfactorily in all his commitments, explained in detail all actions we needed to take and kept us informed of every step in the process. His call to the seller's agent highlighting our credit rating and financial readiness were key in our obtaining the home we desired. James is a superstar in the lending business in our eyes!!!

  We had an incredible experience working with James Ricks and Upward Home Loans. Literally from start to finish, James was punctual and always available. He stuck to every timeline and proved to be flexible when we wanted our closing moved up a day. He was able to answer any and all questions and followed up on every email and phone call. This was our 2nd home buying experience and it could not have been easier with James and the team. His knowledge and experience made me feel much more confident because he explained every document in great detail and did not leave us in the dark on any of the paperwork that came our way. At the end of the day though, there is nothing that beats building relationships, and James is just about the friendliest person I have met. Not only have we gained our dream home by working with James, we feel that we have also gained new friends through him and his wife.

  One word.....Incredible!! James Ricks is a man of his word. I refinanced a year ago with my banks home mortgage division and what I thought was going to take 45 days took 3 months. So much information, duplication, refaxing, unanswered calls and emails. I felt like I had been raked over the coals after it was done. So when interest rates dropped to record levels this year, I hated thinking of doing this all over again. I'm so happy to have learned about Upward Home Loans. James set up a call with me, walked me thru the process and stated that this would take 45 days. I was skeptical but on the 45th day, the process and funding was complete. Thank you James and the Upward Home Loan Team. You are all a first class organization.

  I was referred to James by a friend who highly recommend him. I called James and he easily explained my current situation with my current lender and broke it down to me without having a lot of information. He was very professional and showed that he cared about you and making your home purchase very easy. Everything he explained and said he would do, HE DID.
