  I would highly recommend Dan Peterson with Commercial Loans of Texas.   I was searching on Google for a lender who can do a commercial loan and I found this company. I read through all the reviews and see people mentioned good things about Dan Peterson so I feel positive and decided to give Dan a call. To my surprise, Dan was short, rushing on the call and said that he did not want to take any small loans ($250k) and hang up on me while I was still talking, so disappointed. I guess if you're not looking to borrow in the millions, stay away from him. Dan Peterson is rude af.

As you point out my reviews are very good because I give my clients the time they need with their loans, large or small. It is disappointing that your lack of phone etiquette prevented you from working with a firm that other say good things about.

  Worked with Dan from Commercial Loans of Texas. We had been working for two months to refinance our loan on a property owned by my LLC. I got tired of waiting for other slow institutions and decided to give Dan a call. He had me closed within a month and his service and team were top notch. I didn't even have to drive out to a title company and got to close from the comfort of my own kitchen table. Would use them again and recommend to anyone needing a commercial loan.

  Daniel Peterson did a fantastic job of closing my construction loan. He made me aware of all financing options and went out of his way to investigate them. We closed on time at an interest rate that was actually slightly lower than we initially discussed. Dan also helped me in buying down points. This was a no nonsense transaction. Highly recommended!

  Dan Peterson is the best commercial lender hands down! He truly knows his stuff and makes sure that you know all of the pertinent info upfront. I've never seen a commercial loan close this fast.   I have nothing but good to say of Daniel Peterson and Commercial Loans of Texas. My loan did not go through but not due to any fault of Daniel or his company. Even after several weeks I called and asked about my appraisal refund and Daniel stopped everything to ensure that the appraisal company sent my refund.
