  Rob at Loans Direct is the best! My wife and I just completed our first refinance and Rob made it easy throughout the whole process. He was very attentive and had quick responses to any questions we had along the way (even on the weekends). The whole process was super quick because Rob new exactly what he was doing and what was needed from us as the borrower.   Rob is hands down the most professional, reliable mortgage broker I have ever worked with. I was referred to him after having zero response from my current bank that funded my home loan, and I was fed up with it. Not only did Rob answer every question I had no matter how silly, but he’s incredibly quick to reply and made the entire process painless. The best part was he got my the LOWEST RATE, twice as low as the bank I already had refinanced with once was offering me, AND he got it LOWER just days before closing!   Had a wonderful experience refinancing with Rob at Loans Direct. The whole process from start to finish was complete in a little over 2 weeks. Rob always responded immediately (even on weekends!) if I had any questions as to the application or just general questions about the refinance.   Working with Rob was incredible. During our refinance Rob was very helpful and informative, took the time to help me understand the procedures better. The process was very speedy as Rob kept it great communication with me the whole time.   Rob Innerarity is the best mortgage broker we have ever worked with. He recently helps us refinancing our two mortgages. The communication with Rob is on point. He is always available via text, call, or email. Furthermore, he is patient in explaining things to us. The loan process is very smooth and seamless, and Rob can close both loans in a timely manner.   We recently purchased a new home, during this time there is a lot of paperwork and items to decide and confirm. Rob was extremely helpful during this process. He was always available to answer my questions about the process. We've refinanced in the past, but buying a home hasn't happened in a long time - we are very happy with the process and the assistance that Rob provided. We locked in a low rate just in time - I would work with Rob again if it goes lower to refinance. We would definitely recommend him.

  Rob at LoansDirect took away any anxiety we could have had with purchasing our first home. He clearly explained each step as we went and let us make the decisions rather than being pushy like other loan companies that we vetted. He was very prompt with preparing paperwork and responding to our emails and calls. I would highly recommend Rob to anybody in need of a mortgage loan. I would use him again without hesitation!
