  If I could go negative, I would! Believe me don’t waste your time here, one of the worst customer service ever I’ve seen in my life. rudest BofA manager on this planet!!! She has a very bad attitude I came all the way from LA for this specific appointment On time and she said they are busy they will reschedule it.

  I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and this week I received a letter warning me that my account will be permanently closed in 21 days. No reason, no explanation, not even a previous notification about this decision. My advise is to take your money out of this bank asap! This bank uses your hard earned money to their benefit and once they believe you’re of no use, they will close your account with no reason whatsoever. Extremely shady, get your money out and find a bank that actually cares about their customers.

  Here you go, another One Star Negative Review!!! You guys SO DESERVE IT!!! Not accommodating not helpful AT ALL. Been here 3 times now for safe deposit box issue and they are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Been a customer for 12 years now with three total accounts with BoA and Preferred Member status still do Not Feel Preferred here Ever! Zero stars for this branch! Bank of America CEO or Higher Managing Person should pay attention to this branch and replace the managing staff here because This Many Negative Reviews cant all be wrong.

  I have read the reviews and thought I would give this bank the benefit of the doubt. I had an appointment set for tomorrow and they just canceled on me five minutes ago. If they keep this up, I am going to have to switch banks.

  The customer service at this branch is none existent. I asked a bank assistant manager(Stephanie Arroyo) today after attempting few unsuccessful occasions to resolve a transaction with Tellers to help me out.No help and very rude.Not advised. She

  Very bad management, the wait in the line is like an hour and the ATM machine doesn’t work, also the manager is very bad and act in a very rude way, I asked her to help me and she just simply ignored me. I’m taking my business to Chase, I’m very feed-up with them, I have been their customer for 23 years.

  I've been a member of Bank of America for over 20 plus years and since I moved into the El Toro Trabuco area I have been coming to Bank of America and try and her team have given me great support and have always addressed my concerns and I've always followed up if they couldn't give me the answer to just then when I needed it I would highly this bank as they have a lot of my finances as well as now my kids who have grown up with the bank as well thank you

  This branch is slower than the dmv workers are constantly walking around clearly not doing anything while the one teller takes her sweet a$$ time
