  Let me start off by saying that I never give reviews. My experience with this company, above all, my experience with Robert Pratt was superb. This gentlemen was not only forthcoming with all the info I needed, followed up with me in professional manner, and provided me with an above average service/offering. I would highly recommend Robert if anyone was in the market to refinance their home. Aside from the appraisal, I brought no money to the table. Again, the time this individual took to explain to me the process and answer any questions I had was pleasantly surprising as my past experience has been lackluster. Robert is a rockstar! Need to refinance ask for him directly.

  I would recommend Robert Pratt at Equifund for all your mortgage needs. My husband and I have dealt with an ongoing horror story with a long-ago mortgage that is still "haunting" us for lack of a better word and won't go away. Because of this, we were very hesitant to go through the process of a refinance. Robert assured us we would not be "bitten again". He was able to get past all these issues and find us a good refinance mortgage with not only a lower rate but also shaved 9 years off our mortgage as well as over $50,000 in savings over life of loan. And our payment didn't go up at all. Matter of fact it went down. Thank you, Robert, and Equifund!!!!! We recommend anyone to go with them for your needs 100%.

  I can't say anuff Rob calls every Year and checks up on me and my Family and ask if he can check on rates for me no Stress no Hassel no up sale like all these Banks do. CCS Home Loans have been on my Side for several Years and have Never done me wrong. Rob has always shopped around for the best offer and provide me documentation how my loan would look like and changes he has always kept me updated. You want a Great Company looking out for your hard earned Money then Give them a Call or atheist a Try and Trust Me you will not be Disappointed.   We have dealt with EquiFund on 3 occasions over the years, and they and their staff are absolutely "THE VERY BEST" of the best (no contest)! Mr. James Hammond is a long- time EXPERT in this field and is able to secure the very best rates available for each of his clients. He is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Once again, he came through with flying colors the third time for us, and the service he provides is like no others that we have experienced in the past. And especially Angelina, his Senior Assistant and Associate, knows the business inside and out as Jim does; together, they are a great team and we would never even consider going to anyone else for these services. Both times we worked with Angelina, she was not only a pleasure to work with, but she was always there for us no matter what. She understands the business inside and out, and is incredibly excellent with how quickly she gets gets you any answers you may need during each step of the mortgage process.   EquiFund made the refinancing process quick and easy. I worked with Kenyan, Crystal, and Angelina through the entire process, and was taken by the professionalism and quick responses that I received. I was able to refinance a VA loan in roughly 2 weeks. Mind you, this was during the Thanksgiving time frame. I am very pleased with the service I received, and will use EquiFund for all future mortgage needs.

  We were amazed by the service especially since we heard about them through the mail! Tara Mccool the loan officer assistant was the first person to contact us. She was very professional and cordial. She was constantly in contact with us throughout the entire process. If we had any questions she had the answers, and quickly returned our calls if she was unavailable when we called. The loan officer was Keynan Gilbert who was also personable as well as knowledgeable. We had a glitch in the loan process which Ms Gilbert and Mccool expeditiously and satisfactorily corrected. My wife and I want to thank you for making the refinance of our home a profitable and pleasant experience. We will recommend you to anyone needing mortgage assistance. Racine and Candy Johnson.

  We did a VA IRRRL refi with Equifund. From the beginning Tara McCool was very responsive, expedient and professional. From our first conversation until closing was less than 28 days. Everything they promised was delivered. The loan officer, Keynan Gilbert, provided excellent support throughout. Equifund provided follow-up support and ensured the new mortgage company transition was smooth and complete. Great company. It was a pleasure doing business with these professionals
