  First time in and was told they would give for me 100 dollars for my ring. I felt like I needed another opinion. I was rite. The very next shop I walked into gave me 300 for the ring. The guys where very nice until I called with my concern. The young man said he didn't want to hear my understanding of the price. Very rude , un professional , and NOTHING on the shelves. I clearly told them I needed 250 bucks for personal reasons.. They only cares about ripping me off 😀.. I'm The president of the local corporation so this wasn't about the money

  I have been coming here for years now and everybody is more than willing to help at all costs. They go above and beyond to give you top $$ for all buying and selling needs!! I wouldn't reccomend any other shops to go to. Thank you MONEY BRIDGE PAWN! I will most definitely be back!

  I went into the store on san jose on a Saturday 03/03/2019 and got an appraisal on a remington 700 I was looking to sell.i spoke to a nice man named Dan and we spoke for about 10 minutes about the value in the rifle at which point he gave me an offer of $350 and he said the offer would be good for several days. I left to think it over and decided that was a reasonable offer and he treated me with respect. I returned on Monday 03/05/2019 (two days later) and wanted to take Dan up on the offer. Upon entering I spoke with a young kid named Chris about selling the rifle. He immediately told me that the previous offer from another sales associate was completely wrong and tried to offer me $160 which was HALF of the original offer for almost a brand new rifle with accessories. I felt that the way the young guy handled the situation was very poor and he was a very bad representative of the business and should not be allowed to conduct any more of this bad business to anymore customers. Buyers/sellers BEWARE.

  these people lied to me and told me that i wouldnt have to pay interest until after the due date to get me interested, and then when i call back wanting to purchase my pawned item, i all of the sudden have to pay 25% interest before the due date. Its whatever, these people have a history of being terrible.

  These guys have helped me through a very financially difficult time with respect and kndness. They have worked with me to make sure I dont lose my stuff due to the problematic unexpected change of my paydate. I highly recommend them. My only issue has been with their website "contact us" link. You cannot send an email to them this way, however i realized they have gmail addy so i did it that way instead.
