  Andy was able to get me a great rate for a great mortgage, despite the challenge of working with me as an FHA loan. He was always available to answer my questions and kept me informed through the process. I cannot recommend Andy highly enough!! Thank you very much for helping me and my wife find our new home!!

  I was so excited when I first started working with Bryan Yaninek towards purchasing a home. Things started off great and I got everything completed for my loan online through their portal. Then once I thought I was good to go and could start home shopping, Bryan stopped responding. I would email him questions and he would respond with one line and not even answer my questions. I sent him a text asking why the delay in communication as I was trying to submit offers on homes I had found. His response was "End of month craze." It has been over 30 days now and I still have not heard from him or the status of my loan. I would not recommend using Bryan AT ALL. Bad customer service and horrible communication.

  Bryan Yaninek was there to answer my toughest questions. Questions I’m sure he gets tired of answering all the time. His professionalism and demeanor are truly beyond reproach. He made me feel as though I was his only client; always answering my questions very comprehensively regardless of the time of day or not. I’m very much a numbers guy and a strategic thinker, so many of the questions I asked were in regard to credit score qualifications, principle, interest, tax, insurance, amortization, etc. His knowledge of the market, the ins and outs of the process, and his customer service ability pretty much had be convinced from the start. He was able to get my interest rate reduced by over a full percentage and also put me in contact with an insurance provider that was also able to save me money on my homeowners insurance. The process was super seamless and painless. Highly recommend!

  I worked with Bryan Yaninek. This was honestly one of the easiest loan I've ever applied for. Having a proffesional like Bryan made all the difference. He was available to figure my payments out, every time I changed something, and was able to walk me thru different scenarios. He answered my texts immediately, and even explained things in my contract that my realtor did not. I would use him again, and would highly recommend him.

  Mark and Sarah did an amazing job on my refi. When I saw the rates were going down, I wanted to pull the trigger but Mark had me wait and they got even better saving me thousands on my mortgage. I highly recommend Epoch to anyone looking to buy or refi.

I was encouraged to shop around, and even the big, nationwide services couldn't compete with Epoch Lending's amazing rates and customer service. No matter if I stay in Colorado Springs or go elsewhere, Epoch Lending will be my go-to!
