  Amazing experience!! Relocating from Florida to Colorado for a new job and buying my first home seemed so stressful and scary until I actually started the process of getting qualified. From the moment I first spoke with Esther until closing day the process was easy and exceeded my expectations! Everything was always explained and my questions (which I'm sure there were a lot as this was all new to me) were always answered!   First time homeowner. They were incredible quick with my closing. Was able to close in 2 1/2 weeks. Honestly they made closing the easiest part of buying my first home. They were very transparent with the numbers upfront and answered any questions I had. If you want buying your home to be quick and stress free I highly recommend going with this company.

As first-time home buyers, Esther patiently explained the whole process to us, worked to increase our credit scores while we waited for our home to be built, and was available to answer calls, texts, and emails whenever we had questions.   Esther from Pen Trust Mortgage was fantastic. Our previous lender we had been working with for months couldn’t close the deal due to a road maintenance agreement using the VA Loan. Come “closing day” my husband and our two boys were homeless and extremely disappointed. We took our business to Esther based on our realtors recommendation. She was not only able to get us a lower rate but she was able to close the deal within 8 business days! She communicated appropriately and thanks to her and our realtor we didn’t lose our dream home. Can’t thank her enough.
