  I never thought my dreams would come true till I met Jim and he’s staff at Equity Prime. I was a tenant struggling with lanlords and never thought I would own a home. Then I met Jim and he promised me he was able to help me and he kept he’s promise. Jim and he’s staff at Equity Prime made my dreams come true! Thank you all I am for ever grateful!

  They made my dream come true! I was able to get approved for the loan and processed up to closing and have the key to my new house in less than a month! Im still in disbelief that im finally can call myself a home owner! Thank you so much!

  My husband and I are extremely disappointed and upset with the service from our loan officer his name is Freddy Cova. He poorly managed our file. He was extremely negligent with our whole situation. Freddy took off to Venezuela for a few days or more without even letting us know his clients that he would not be available to answer any questions or concerns we may have, I had to find out by my own that he was not in the country and if that wasn't enough I had to call his brother Armando Cova who supposedly he had left in charge of our loan and was told by the same person in charge and I quote " I'm not familiar with your loan, im asking as I go, because I don't know much". He constantly asked for papers we had already provided him with more than twice and as if it wasn't enough he lost our deal for our home after we had paid for our appraisal and home inspection. Till today I have yet to receive a call from him or anyone in his office to explained to us where did they go wrong with getting us our loan. I have send an email to the president and CEO of the company on Wednesday may 3rd and have yet to received a call or email back not to even state that they are looking into our case at all. This was the worse experience ever their customer services were poor, responsibility wasn't there and the lack of care for the clients was at an all time high with every single person I have contacted in this company.
