  I give Cassandra (pretty sure this was her name, I’m bad with names!) 5 stars for her amazing customer service today. She made sure I was taken care of while also welcoming everyone entering the branch and directing them on where to go or helping with their questions. It took a bit but she got it taken care of.   I just completed my first car loan through DCCU, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. My main contact, Joe Dumas at the Hammond location, was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, clear, and thorough throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend!

  I did not have a good experience at this Delta Credit Community Union. I went to deposit money into my money market account and apparently is was the woman’s first day and she told me the wrong amount going into my account. I had to go back and forth with her, another employee, and the manager about it and I was not very pleased because I felt it was a waste of my time. Granted it was the woman’s first day but I feel there is no room to mess up money count working at a bank and dealing with numbers! Please do better and hand count the money as well before you tell customers wrong numbers/deposits going into their account while going back and forth with them. The Delta Credit Community Union in Chamblee gives a much better experience!

  Joe’s personality is wonderful! His knowledge of the loan process- walking me through each step made it so easy. Joe is amazing. He held my hand and made this scary event into a pleasurable process. He took away all my stress!

  Came in today with a serious financial concern only to be greeted with one of the nicest guys in the building, who assured me that everything was gonna work out. I had the pleasure of working with Joe, who is one of the nicest, sincerest guy I've had the pleasure of working with. Within 30 minutes Joe helped me figure out what happened and corrected everything! Major thanks to Joe!

  I have recently joined Delta Community Credit Union. My first experience at my local branch was amazing. Candice welcomed me right when I walked in. I highly appreciated being welcomed right away. She even made me feel special by checking on me while I was waiting for a sperate call during the visit. I would have to say it was one of the most extraordinary experiences for my banking needs!
