  John and his team went above and beyond our expectations. After we closed on our new construction this is the email i sent them John, Christina and Bill, I just want to take a second to express how incredibly grateful Allison and I are of you three. As you know the last 16 months have been absolute hell for my wife and I. You go through life always trying to do the right thing and you assume most other people will do the same. As you know that was not the case with us and the team we got involved with. Allison and I were constantly struggling to find a positive in all this and you guys always came through. You came up with a game plan to make sure our finances would not keep us from losing our home. When I lost my job you guys quickly went to work on a new game plan to make sure we wouldn’t lose our home. When we just wanted an ear to bend and vent a little bit you all were there. Now we have the finish line in sight and we never could have gotten to the point without you. My wife and are forever grateful for all of you. Once we get settled in we would like to have you all over for cocktails and maybe even dinner. After all I have 16 cases of wine that aren’t going to drink themselves.   John and his team are great! They took the time to personally get to know me and my wife. It turned out that John and I were from the same hometown and went to the same high school! Small world. When my wife and I came back from a mission trip he took time to ask us how it went before we even stated talking numbers. He and his team took the time explain everything to us and what every number meant. They were very honest and wanted to help us with our budget to make the best and wisest financial decision. They give you several options to help you save money the way you want. I highly recommend John and his team to help you with your mortgage. They are professional, honest, and very hard working.

  I've always had great experiences with John Bohannon & his team at Movement Mortgage. He's always been informative at our Maximum One office meetings, and he's always friendly, patient & compassionate when dealing with me & my clients. My most recent clients in particular tried to buy a house with me on 3 separate occasions over the last 2 years with two of their own loan officers. Neither one was able to get the job done. I sent them to John, he got them pre-underwritten which exponentially reduced my clients anxiety. From there we found a house and actually closed several days before the scheduled closing date.
